TripleRoute is built around signed records: supervision agreements, supervisor reviews of hours, and attestations that seal a period of supervised practice. This consent explains how those records and signatures work electronically, and asks for your agreement to use them. It is given under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as adopted in your state.
You are asked to accept this consent separately from our Terms of Service, before you sign anything in TripleRoute.
1. What you are agreeing to
By accepting, you agree that:
- Records may be provided to you electronically — including supervision agreements, attestation records, receipts, notices and these policies — in the application, as downloadable files, or by email.
- Your electronic signature is legally binding. When you sign an agreement or attest to a period in TripleRoute by completing the signing step, you intend that action to be your signature, with the same effect as a handwritten one.
- Your signature is attributable to you. We record, with each signature, the account that signed, the date and time, the IP address and the device's user-agent string, and the exact content that was signed. You agree this information may be used as evidence of who signed, when, and what.
2. Which records this covers
- Supervision agreements and any changes to them
- Supervisor review and approval of hours
- Period attestations and the sealed records they create
- Amendments to sealed records
- Practice-hour confirmations by practice verifiers
- Billing records, receipts and notices about your account
3. Your right to paper
You may request a paper copy of any record covered by this consent. Call +1 (701) 660-4778, or write to us at the address below, telling us which record you need. Paper copies are provided free of charge.
You can also download and print any sealed record from the application at any time, without asking us.
4. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time by calling +1 (701) 660-4778 or writing to us at the address below. Withdrawal takes effect once we have processed it. Please understand:
- Signatures already given remain valid. Withdrawal does not undo an agreement or attestation you have already signed, and it does not unseal any record.
- Signing happens only electronically in TripleRoute, so after withdrawing you will not be able to sign new agreements or attestations in the Service. You will keep access to read and export your existing records.
- There is no fee for withdrawing.
5. Keeping your contact details current
We send electronic records and notices to the email address on your account. Keep it up to date in your account settings.
6. What you need
To access and keep electronic records you need:
- A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, with JavaScript and cookies enabled for app.tripleroute.io
- An internet connection
- An email account able to receive messages from tripleroute.io
- Software that can open PDF files, to view or save exported records
- Storage space or a printer if you want to keep your own copies
If these requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you could not access or keep records, we will tell you, describe the new requirements, and ask for your consent again. You may withdraw without charge if you do not wish to continue.
7. Confirming you can access records
By accepting this consent in the application, you confirm that you can open and read this document electronically — which demonstrates you can access records in the form we will provide them — and that you have a working email address.
