This notice covers CEU Tracker. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which covers everything TripleRoute does and sets out your rights and how to use them. Where this notice is more specific about CEU Tracker, it applies.
1. The short version
CEU Tracker holds what you put into it — your licenses, the courses you log and the certificates you upload — so that it can count your hours and remind you before you renew. Nobody else sees it. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and you can delete it yourself at any time.
2. What we hold

A birth month is a month, not a date of birth: some boards set the renewal date by it, and that is the only reason it is asked for.
3. What we never hold
- Anything about a client, patient or service user. There is no place for it, and it must not be uploaded.
- Payment details. CEU Tracker is free and takes no payment.
- Your license number in public. If you give it, it appears on your own audit packet and nowhere else.
4. Who can see it
You. A small number of TripleRoute staff can reach stored records to keep the service running and to answer a request you make, and every such access is recorded. Your record is not shown to your employer, your licensing board, a course provider or any other user. It leaves CEU Tracker only when you download it or send it to somebody yourself.
The service providers that run TripleRoute for us — hosting, email delivery — process it on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. They are listed in the Privacy Policy.
5. Emails
We send the sign-in and account emails the service needs, and the reminders you have chosen. You can change or stop reminders at any time from CEU Tracker. We do not send marketing about other companies' courses.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Delete a course, a license or a certificate and it is removed. "Delete my CEU Tracker record", on the Your record page, removes all of it at once and leaves your account in place. Either way the files are deleted at once, apart from backups, which expire on their own schedule, and what the law requires us to keep.
CEU Tracker records are yours to delete. This is different from the signed and sealed records in TripleRoute's supervision and Practicum products, which cannot be deleted because other people rely on them; the Privacy Policy explains that.
