These terms apply to CEU Tracker, the part of TripleRoute that keeps a record of the continuing education a licensed professional completes. They are an agreement between you and Arise Above Holdings, LLC, doing business as TripleRoute ("TripleRoute", "we", "us").
They add to our Terms of Service, which apply to everyone with a TripleRoute account. Where the two say different things about CEU Tracker, these terms decide. The limits on our liability and the way disputes are resolved are in sections 17 and 19 of the Terms of Service, and apply here.
1. What CEU Tracker is — and is not
CEU Tracker is a record. You tell it which license you hold and which courses you have completed, and it sets one against the other.
It is not a licensing board, a continuing-education provider or an approval body. We offer no courses, issue no certificates of completion and hold no provider approvals. Nothing in CEU Tracker is a decision that a course counts toward your renewal, or that you have met your renewal requirements. Your licensing board decides both.
2. It is free
There is no charge for CEU Tracker and no paid plan. You are not asked for payment details. If we ever offer something new for a fee, what CEU Tracker does today stays free.
3. One account
A TripleRoute account works for CEU Tracker, for supervision and for Practicum. You need only one, and you are responsible for what is done with it.
4. Requirements: checked and unconfirmed
Every requirement in CEU Tracker says where it came from.
- Checked means we read the requirement in the licensing board's own published page or rule, and recorded where, and on which day. You are shown both. Rules change. A checked requirement is our careful reading on the date shown, and is not a guarantee that it is still current.
- Unconfirmed means the requirement is one we were told of but did not find in the board's own source when we read it. It is shown so that you do not miss something that may apply, it is labeled wherever it appears, and it does not decide whether CEU Tracker calls a renewal complete. Confirm it with your board before relying on it either way.
Where a board's source did not give a renewal date we could work out, CEU Tracker asks you for the date on your license and says that it has.
For all of it, your board's published rules are the authority. If CEU Tracker and your board disagree, your board is right — and we would be grateful to be told.
5. What you enter
You are responsible for entering your licenses and courses accurately. CEU Tracker counts what you tell it. An entry with no certificate is shown as "stated"; one with a certificate is shown as "evidenced". Neither label is a statement by us that the course took place or that a board will accept it.
Do not enter a course you did not complete. Doing so is a breach of these terms and of our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. No client-identifying information
Never upload or enter anything that identifies a client, patient or service user. A continuing-education certificate is a record about you, and that is all CEU Tracker is for. If something else is uploaded by mistake, delete it, and tell us if you need help.
7. Your record is yours
You can download your record and your certificates at any time, and you can delete a course, a license or your whole account from within CEU Tracker. Deleting is permanent. We do not sell your record, and we do not share it with your employer, your board or anyone else. It leaves CEU Tracker only when you download it or send it yourself.
8. Reminders
CEU Tracker can email you before a renewal date. Reminders are a convenience. An email can be delayed, filtered or missed, and a renewal date worked out from a rule can differ from the date your board has given you. Meeting your renewal date is your responsibility, and the date your board gives you is the one that counts.
9. Availability and changes
We will provide CEU Tracker with reasonable care. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. Keep your own copies of your certificates. We may change or withdraw CEU Tracker, and if we withdraw it we will give you at least 60 days' notice and a way to download everything first.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect.
