Supervisees search by jurisdiction, profession, pathway, specialty, approach and rate. You are shown to people your credential can actually qualify — which means fewer inquiries and more of them worth answering.
For clinical supervisors
A supervisor’s signature is the load-bearing part of somebody else’s licensure, and it is usually applied to a spreadsheet compiled from memory. TripleRoute gives you a caseload you can actually see and a record you can stand behind years later.
Your license is checked before your profile appears. Listing carries a yearly sign-on fee — the amounts are on the pricing page.
Being found
Supervisees search by jurisdiction, profession, pathway, specialty, approach and rate. You are shown to people your credential can actually qualify — which means fewer inquiries and more of them worth answering.
Every supervisor’s license is checked by a reviewer before the profile is discoverable. It is a slower way to build a directory and the only way to build one anybody should trust.
Set whether you are taking anyone on, and how many. "At capacity" and "taking a deliberate break" are different states and are shown as different states — a full roster is not a closed practice.
Running the work
The caseload is sorted by outstanding work, then by longest unseen — because the supervisee who has logged nothing for two months is exactly the row a list sorted by name would bury.
Each row shows verified and self-reported hours in separate columns, never added together. A single “hours” figure would present a supervisee’s own account of their time as though somebody had checked it, and you are the somebody who would be assumed to have checked it.
At the end of each period you review the hours and sign once. Your signature is recorded with what you were shown at the time, and then sealed — so if you are asked about it in five years, the question "what did you actually see?" has an answer that does not depend on anybody’s memory. You cannot later be edited into agreeing with something else. Neither can anybody else, including us. That protects you at least as much as it protects the supervisee.
When a session happens in a TripleRoute room, the time both of you were actually present is recorded directly and attested by the system rather than by either party. It is the strongest evidence in the product, and it requires nothing from you beyond turning up.
You keep permanent read and export access to everything you signed. A supervisor may be asked to account for an attestation a decade later, and a system that cut you off when the relationship ended would be asking you to answer for records you can no longer see.
What it costs you
Nothing in a month when you supervise nobody. Your supervisees never pay, and we do not take a cut of your fee. The amounts are on the pricing page.
