Practicum and internship hours
Supervised hours that are still yours after graduation.
Students log their placement hours. The supervisor at the site signs them, and the school countersigns. When the placement ends the record is sealed — and it is waiting in the same account on the day licensure hours begin.

- Alex Morgan, LCSWSite supervisor Signed week 13
- Taylor Reed, PhDFaculty supervisor Week 13 waiting
An example. Each program sets its own categories and targets.
- Students pay nothingNot to sign up, not to keep the record, not later.
- Two signatures, told apartThe site's and the school's, each with a name and a date.
- One account, through to the licenseNothing is re-entered when the degree is finished.
From an hour worked to a record that lasts
Four steps, in this order. Each one is recorded with who did it and when, so the finished record can show its own history.
-
Student
Logs the hours
The day, the category, the time. No client details — there is no field for them.
-
Site supervisor
Signs the week
One week at a time, from a phone if they like. An entry that is wrong goes back with a reason.
-
Faculty supervisor
Countersigns for the school
The program's own check on what the site signed, and its view of how the student is doing.
-
The record
Is sealed
At completion it is closed to editing. Anyone the student shows it to can check it is unaltered.
After graduation
The degree ends. The record does not start again.
Elsewhere, school hours live in one product and licensure hours in another, and the graduate opens a new account with nothing in it. Here the practicum record stays where it is, beside the licensure hours — shown together, never added together.
- PracticumFirst placement hours, signed and countersigned.
- InternshipA second site, the same record.
- GraduationWhere other tools hand you nothing.
- Supervised practiceLicensure hours begin in the account you already have.
Four people, one placement
Nobody sees a student's record by asking for it. Access follows from the placement: the student links it, or the school assigns it.
-
Schools
Enrol a cohort from a class list, assign sites and supervisors, and see who is on pace and what is unsigned.

Students
Start alone, today, whether or not your school is enrolled. Free, and the record is yours to keep.
For students -
Site supervisors
A week to read and one signature. No software to learn and nothing to pay.
For site supervisors -
Faculty supervisors
Every student you oversee, across every site, with what the site has signed in front of you.
For faculty supervisors
What it costs
The school pays. Nobody else does.
Students and supervisors
Free
A student can begin without a school. Site and faculty supervisors are invited and never billed.
How a student startsSchools
One rate for a whole cohort
Not counted per student, so it can go in a budget before the class is full — and enrolling one more student never costs more.
Pricing in fullBefore you ask
Does my school have to be enrolled for me to use it?
No. A student can set up a placement alone, enter the targets their program gave them, and invite both supervisors. If the school enrols later, the placement joins the cohort with your agreement and nothing is typed again.
Our school already has a placement system. Is this instead of it?
It can be, and it does not have to be. A student may keep their own record here alongside whatever the school requires, so that it is theirs when they leave.
Do practicum hours count toward a license?
That is decided by a licensing board, not by us, and usually they do not. The two are kept as separate records under one account and are never added together.
What can a student write in a note?
What they did, never who it was for. There is no field for a client’s name or details, and notes are checked for them before they are saved.
Can a site supervisor sign from an email?
The email opens the week that is waiting. They sign in to sign it, so that the signature is theirs and nobody else’s.
See it with your own cohort
Thirty minutes, with your categories and your targets, not a recording.
