What is asked of you, and what is not
It costs you nothing
No fee, no trial, no card. Neither you nor your agency is ever billed for supervising a student.
It works on your phone
The email opens the week that is waiting. You sign in, read, and sign.
You sign for what you saw
Your signature says the hours happened as described at your site. The school's own check is a separate signature by a separate person.
You see only your students
The ones placed with you, for as long as the placement lasts, and the record of what you signed afterwards.
Twice, you are asked for more
A midterm and a final evaluation, in the school's own form. You are told when each is due.

Countersigning
You sign after the site, never before, and the record shows the two signatures as two different statements.
Visits
Record the date, whether it was in person or by video, and who was there.
Concerns
Raise one, or read one the site has raised. It is dated, the coordinator sees it, and the student can read it.
A school that wants this for a cohort
If you teach in a program and would like every student on it, ask us to show the coordinator.
