The school pays. Students never do.
A school has three months free, then one rate for a whole cohort, whatever its size. No fee for a student, a site supervisor or a faculty supervisor, now or later.

No card is asked for. The number of students in a cohort does not change the rate.

Questions about cost
How does the free trial work?
A school has everything for three months from the day it enrolls, with no card. In the last two weeks we remind the people who manage the school’s account. Students and supervisors are never reminded and never charged.
How does a school pay?
Contact us and we agree a price for your program. We send an invoice for one, two or three years — paying for more than one year costs less per year — and your school moves to the paid plan when the payment arrives. Nothing renews or is charged automatically. Paying, cancelling and refunds has all of it.
Why not charge per student?
Because then enrolling one more student costs the school money, and we would rather every student were on it.
What is a cohort?
One intake of one program — for example, the students who begin field in a given autumn. It runs until that group completes.
Is the student version limited?
No. A student alone has the same logging, signatures and sealed record as a student in an enrolled cohort.
Does a student pay later, for licensure?
No. In the licensure product the supervisor pays; the person being supervised does not.
