The difference is not how much of your record you get — that never changes. It is whether TripleRoute also tells you what the record means under your state’s rules.

The monthly fee
You pay for the supervisees you actually have.
The yearly fee above lists your practice. On top of it, a monthly fee set by how many supervisees you are carrying on the day you are billed — charged monthly, never a year at a time.
It moves in both directions. Take on a fourth supervisee and the next month moves up a band; finish with two of them and it moves back down. Carry none and you pay nothing at all beyond the yearly fee. Every figure in the table is plus applicable tax.
Supervisees never pay. Not for an account, not for their record, not to export it. The supervisor who signs the hours carries the cost.

What that adds up to
A supervisor on Core with five supervisees pays the yearly sign-on fee once when they list their practice, then the 4–6 band on each monthly billing date — all plus applicable tax.

Who pays?
The subscription belongs to the supervision workspace, not to one person’s account. Supervision arrangements differ, and the billing should not dictate the relationship.

Your record is not a hostage
- Cancelling never deletes anything
- If a subscription ends — whichever party was paying — every finalized record, signed quarterly period, audit entry and export stays available to both of you.
- A supervisor leaving does not erase your history
- If your supervisor retires, moves on, or closes their account, the periods they already signed remain sealed, verifiable and yours.
- A cheaper plan is not a weaker record
- Core and Pro produce records of identical integrity. Pro adds interpretation, not trustworthiness. We will not sell you a more believable version of your own history.
What Pro is, and what it isn’t. Pro reads your record against your state’s published requirements and tells you what we believe it means — always with the source we used and the date we last checked it. It does not make TripleRoute a licensing authority. Your board decides what it accepts. Where a requirement is unverified or out of date, we say so rather than guess.
Prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of tax. Any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated at checkout and added to the subscription, charged to whichever party is paying. Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time.
