For students on placement

Your hours, signed as you go, and kept for good.

Log a day in under a minute. See what has been signed and what is still waiting, and on whom. It is free, and you do not need your school's permission to begin.

Starting on your own

  1. Two minutes

    Say where you are placed

Your school, your program, your dates, and the hours your handbook asks for.

  2. Then

    Invite your two supervisors

The one at your site and the one from your school. They accept by email; they pay nothing.

  3. Each week

    Log, and send the week

From a phone between sessions, or all at once on Friday.

  4. At the end

    Keep the record

Sealed, downloadable, and checkable by anyone you choose to show it to.

What you will always be able to see

  • Where you stand

Hours in each category against the target, and whether you are on pace for your end date.

  • Who you are waiting for

Every unsigned week names the person it is with and how long it has been there.

  • Everything written about you

Evaluations, a concern if one is raised, and each signature. It is your record; nothing in it is hidden from you.

  • What your supervisors can see

Only the placement you linked them to. Nobody finds you by searching.

No client details. Not once.

Write what you did, never who it was for. There is nowhere to put a name, a date of birth or a case number, and a note that looks like it contains one is flagged as you save it, so you can take it out. It protects the people you work with, and it protects you.

Will these hours count toward my license? That is your licensing board's decision, and for most licenses hours before the degree are counted separately or not at all. We keep them as their own record and never add them to licensure hours.

And when you graduate

You sign in the way you always have. Your practicum record is there, and beside it is the place your licensure hours go.

What comes after practicum

Begin with this week

It takes a couple of minutes, and you can add the hours you have already done.

TripleRoute Practicum records what was logged and what each person signed. It does not decide whether a program or an accreditor accepts the hours. · What it does and does not do · Student records · Pricing · Paying and refunds · Practicum terms · Request a walkthrough
