Licensed Bachelor Social Worker · Licensed Social Worker · Licensed Clinical Social Worker
| Requirement | Amount |

| Total hours each cycle | 40 hours |
| Ethics and professional conduct One hour in each year, from a Category I provider. | 2 hours |
| Category I (formal programs) At least half of the hours must be Category I. | 20 hours |
| Renewal cycle | Every 2 years |
| Hours are due | April 1 of even-numbered years |
- 20 hours are due in each year of the two-year period.
- No more than half of the hours may come from Category II activities.
