Questions
Before you start
- Is it really free?
- Yes. There is no paid plan and no card to enter. If we ever offer something new for a fee, what CEU Tracker does today stays free.
- Do you sell courses?
- No. You log courses from whichever provider you used. We provide none, approve none and do not recommend one over another.
- Will my board accept what the tracker says?
- The tracker is your record, not your board’s decision. It shows what the board’s rule says and what you have logged against it. Whether a particular course counts is for your board.
- Where do the requirements come from?
- Each state’s requirement was read from its licensing board’s own page or rule. The state’s page names that source and the day it was read, so you can open it and check.
- What does “unconfirmed” mean?
- A requirement we were told of but did not find in the board’s own source when we read it. It is shown so that you do not miss it, it is labeled wherever it appears, and you should confirm it with your board.
- What if I hold licenses in two states?
- Add both. Log a course once and it is counted under each state’s rules separately — it may count in full in one and be limited in the other.
- What happens to my certificates?
- They are stored with your record, encrypted, so that an audit packet is one download. Nobody else sees them. You can download or delete them at any time.
- Which professions does it cover?
- Social work licenses in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. Counseling and marriage and family therapy follow once each board’s rule has been read.
- Is it the same account as TripleRoute supervision and Practicum?
- Yes. One TripleRoute account signs in to all three.
