How it works, and what it costs
It is free. Here is what it does.
CEU Tracker keeps a record of the continuing education you complete and sets it against what your license renewal asks for. It does not sell courses and it does not issue certificates.
What you see for each license
| On the page | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Progress | Hours counted toward this cycle, out of the hours required |
| Each required topic | Ethics, cultural competency, suicide prevention and any other topic your state names, each with its own total |
| Format limits | How many self-study hours your state allows and how many you have used; how many live hours it asks for |
| Requirements that are not every cycle | A training due once, or once every six years, shown as what it is and not as something you are behind on |
| Renewal day | Worked out from your state’s rule where the rule gives a date. You can correct it if your board gave you a different one |
| Pace | Hours a month to finish on the day |
| Where each rule came from | The board’s own source and the day it was read — or a clear “unconfirmed” label |
What you can take away
An audit packet
One PDF: a summary of the cycle, every course, and every certificate you attached, in date order.
A spreadsheet
The cycle’s courses as a file any spreadsheet opens.
All of it, or none of it
Your record is yours. Download it, or delete it — a course, a license or the whole record.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no paid plan, no trial that ends and no card to enter. We built it because the people who renew licenses are the people who supervise the next ones.
What it is not
CEU Tracker is not a licensing board, a course provider or an approval body. It does not decide whether a course counts: your board does. It keeps your record straight so that when you ask the board, or the board asks you, the answer is in one place.
CEU Tracker is your own record of continuing education. It provides no courses, issues no certificates and approves nothing: your licensing board decides what counts toward renewal. · What it does and does not do · Requirements by state · CEU Tracker terms · Privacy notice
