TripleRoute CEU Tracker
What CEU Tracker does, and what it does not.
CEU Tracker is your own record of continuing education, counted against what your board asks for at renewal. It is free. It does not provide courses and it does not report to your board.
What it does not do
- It does not check that a course is approved
- You record a course and it is counted as you describe it. Whether your board accepts that provider or that course is for you to confirm.
- It does not report to your board or renew your license
- You renew with your board as you do now. The packet is yours to submit if asked.
- It does not offer courses
- It is a record. It sells nothing and recommends no provider.
- It covers social work only, for now
- Requirements for licensed social workers in every state and D.C. are included. Counseling and marriage and family therapy are planned and are not here yet.
- It does not hide what it could not confirm
- A few items were taken from a reference list and not seen in the board’s own source. Each is shown and labeled “unconfirmed”, to be checked with your board.
What it does
- Keeps your courses and certificates in one place
- Each course with its date, hours, format and topics, and the certificate stored with it.
- Counts them against your state’s requirement
- Total hours, required topics, limits on self-study and minimums for live courses, for the renewal period you are in.
- Says where each requirement was read, and when
- Every state’s requirement links to the board’s own source and carries the date it was checked.
- Reminds you before a renewal date
- By email at 90, 30 and 7 days, if you want it to.
- Puts everything into one packet
- A single document listing your courses with their certificates, for an audit or for your own files.
Who decides
Your board decides whether your continuing education meets its requirement. CEU Tracker adds up what you have recorded.
