- The licensing period runs from January 1 of an even-numbered year to December 31 of the next odd-numbered year.
- Licensed between January 1 and June 30 of an odd-numbered year: 15 hours are due. Licensed on or after July 1 of an odd-numbered year: none are due for that period.
