Evaluations
Written evaluations go to the Board at six-month intervals and must be "approved by the Board before beginning the next six (6) month supervision and evaluation period"; the supervisor keeps copies for three years.

Modality
Live interactive audiovisual supervision allowed for no more than one-fourth of the required hours — 25 hours. Where supervisor and supervisee work at different agencies, an on-site visit at least once per six-month period.
